"May I use my own computer?" |

You may bring your own laptop as long as you have
the software fully installed that you will be trained on. Please
let us know in advance that you plan to use your own system and
plan on coming 20 minutes early to class so that we may copy the
tutorial media onto your hard drive. The benefit of using our systems
is that we know they are configured properly which results in less
down time for the class. You will have use of a laptop for the entire
class. |

"Do you offer discounts for multiple
registrants or registrations?" |

Yes. Follow the links to register and you will see
that our shopping cart offers discounts for multiples registrations
or registrants. If you are training four or more people we will
discuss your needs and customize a training on your site that includes
even greater discounts. |

"What forms of payment do you accept?" |
|

We accept credit card payments via our easy to use
on-line registration. We no longer use PayPal after receiving too
many complaints about the difficult process. Our payment gateway
uses Authorize.net with secure transaction processing. You will
now find the payment process much easier, allowing you to register
for the class desired without requiring a call back at a later time.
You may also call us or send an email to confirm class placement
if using a school purchase order or a check. |

"What is your refund policy?" |

If written notice is received at least 14 days in
advance of the class, the Customer is entitled to a full refund,
7 days of the class, the customer is entitled to a full class credit
which must be used within 6 months of the date of the original class
to another class offered by Discovery Tools. Customer is not entitled
to a refund or class credit if less than 7 day advance written notice
is given. Failure to provide written notice at least 14 days in
advance of the class obligates the Customer to pay the full price
of the class. Discovery Tools reserves the right to amend or cancel
the date, time and location of a Training class including replacing
the personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the Training. In the
event a Training class is cancelled, the customer is entitled to
a full refund. Discovery Tools shall not be responsible for any
other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or
amendment. |

"What do you charge for proctoring an
Apple on-line exam?" |
|

$150 is the testing fee for the official Apple Certification Exam. This is an online exam that must be proctored by a certified training center. Anyone desiring to challenge the
on-line exam without taking a course from us will be charged a proctor
fee of $150 each time they take a test. Call and ask about our review and test prep. |

Apple assumes no responsibility with regard to the
selection, performance, or use of the products or services. All
understandings, agreements, or warranties, if any, take place directly
between the vendors and prospective users. |
